Enjoy your stay in a newly remodeled, fresh and clean custom home. Experience the convenience of a great location.
The living room has new Cindy Crawford Key West furniture, sofa sleeper, Samsung 60 inch Smart TV, DVD player and fireplace. Dining room has a Cindy Crawford Key West dining set. All the bedrooms have new Panama Jack furniture and Serta Presidential Suite Mattresses (START COUNTING SHEEP).
Master bedroom has a king size bed and a 45 inch flat screen TV with combo DVD player. It has two large closets with dressers and built-ins.
Second bedroom has a queen size bed and a full size sofa sleeper. It has a 32 inch flat screen TV with combo DVD player and two large closets with dressers and built-ins.
Third bedroom has a full size bed and a 28 inch flat screen TV with combo DVD player. It has a walk-in closet with dresser.
Wash room has a new washer and dryer.
Kitchen has new appliances and granite counter tops, side by side refrigerator with crushed or cubed ice, dishwasher, Samsung microwave, GE stove, garbage disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The back yard has a patio and a secured privacy fence.

House was in a good location and was easy to find. Even have a fence in back yard for your animals. I brought my 10ft tralier and golf cart and was able to lock it up in the back yard. Overall great experience and great host.

The check-in/checkout process was quick and easy. The main house, along with the separate apartment, were both in good shape and had everything we needed. Location was perfect. Quick walk or drive to the beach. Other restaurants and activities weren't too far of a drive either.

I grew up in this neighborhood and I purchased this house in 1989 and we lived in the house till 2013. My wife and I both grew up in Biloxi and we have two children. I still have two brothers and a sister that live in the neighborhood and we also have another two bedroom, one bath house for rent behind this house.
I have owned 'Life's A Beach Rentals' for thirty years and my wife is a school teacher.

Why they chose this property

I grew up working in the local hospitality industry and I have owned 'Life's A Beach Rentals' for thirty years. I grew up in this neighborhood and raised my two boys in this home. I would like to share our wonderful home with you. The home is centrally located to everything.

What makes this property unique

This house can easily sleep 8 to 10 people in comfort or you can close it off and sleep two people. Walking distance to beach and fishing pier. The house is pet friendly and has a privacy fenced in back yard. The fence was built with extra thick boards on the bottom to keep our dogs secured.
