Lage Super am Park, der Fahrstuhl direkt gegenüber der Wohnungstür und die Schlafzimmerfenster in diese Richtung gibt einen Stern abzug. Dran gewöhnen oder Fenster zu lassen , dann war es aber zu warm :-) Microwelle vorhanden , aber kein entsprechendes Gefäß um sie zu nutzen. Bäcker nebenan oder Röntgen mit tollem Kuchen im Haus, Lidl nebenan am Park Gruß Peter

Wohnung gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt (außer einem Backofen). Balkon geht hinten auf den Park raus und ist leider recht klein. Größe der Wohnung für 4 Personen angenehm. Die Schlafzimmer gehen beide nach innen, zwar haben sie ein Fenster nach innen zum Gang, aber dadurch wenig Frischluft. Die Lage übertrifft jedoch alles, diese ist wirklich perfekt. Wir kommen wieder!

Schlüsselabholung, Balkom

Bei Schlüsselsbholung könnte man vor dem Büro Meer.Fun zwei Kurzparkplätze schaffen. Leider waren häufig Tauben auf dem Balkon. Eine Taube hat sogar dort ein Ei gelegt. Die Maßnahmen zur Bekämpfung der ungewünschten Gäste müsste nochmal optimiert werden. ANSONSTEN war alles in Ordnung. Die Wohnung und die Anlage des Hauses Meerblick ist für eine Familie mit Kindern ideal.Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
