We enjoy hosting visitors coming to experience everything Happy Valley has to offer.

Why they chose this property

Cozy on the Corner is truly a family home at heart.

My family built this house, and many of the surrounding homes in this neighborhood were also built by my family members, who still live nearby today. I grew up here, and some of my favorite memories are from spending weekends just up the street at my grandparents’ home.

This neighborhood has always felt like an extension of my family—familiar, welcoming, and full of history. I’m grateful to now share that same sense of comfort and connection with guests visiting State College.
