High-end vacation!

The whirlpool was a nice amenity however overall the house was not worth it, it’s far from the sea , the rooms are small and overall since it’s managed by an external agency the response rate is poor. The house address on the app was wrong and difficult to locate . They provided one small garbage bag for 4 guests for 6 days stay and refused to provide additional garbage bags. Toilet paper was missing across bathrooms on check-in . Overall the house is ok but not a good value for money

Das Appartement ist sehr gepflegt. Nur zwei Dinge, die verbesserungsfähig waren: Die Beschriftung des Apartments (welcher Eingang?) und, dass nur ein Schlüssel vorhanden war. (Wir hatten aber auch nicht nachgefragt und haben uns so arrangiert.)

Qualität nicht mehr gut

Man merkt dass in dieser Unterkunft nicht viel investiert wird. Der Whirlpool funktioniert nicht mehr sehr gut, Die Spülmaschine war verstopft, so dass ich die reinigen musste, die Dusche war komplett verkalkt dass das Wasser überall hin gespritzt hatte (ich habe auch das sauber gemacht). Im Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank waren lauter Haare in den Schubladen. Wir waren drei Wochen und es wurde erst auf Nachfrage die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher gewechselt. Keine Zwischenreinigung wie in anderen Unterkünften üblich. Schade weil der Ausblick schon schön ist.

Die Größe der Unterkunft, der Whirlpool (zunächst war dieser nicht ganz sauber - es schwammen überall kleine Stückchen von den sich auflösenden Polstern zum anlehnen im Whirlpool - dieser wurde jedoch nach den ersten Tagen gereinigt. Die Abdeckung des Pools rostet und fällt auseinander, das war auch nicht so toll), die Möglichkeit zu grillen, die große Küche und die bequemen Betten. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Krk. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und alles war da. Empfehlenswert, fairer Preis, gerne wieder.

Perfetto per Relax

Terrazza sul tetto bellissima con frigo, tavolo e idromassaggio, perfetta sia di giorno che la sera. Appartamento moderno e grande, con tutto il necessario, letti confortevoli. La zona è tranquillissima e lontana dal caos, ma comunque comoda per raggiungere a piedi il centro.

Sehr schönes und modernes Appartement. Tolle Aussichten vom Balkon aus, wunderschöne Terrasse mit einem tollen Whirlpool. Kommen gerne wieder und würden es immer wieder weiter empfehlen. Danke für den tollen Urlaub!

Brilliant service!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer hochwertigen Ausstattung. Für uns wäre ein Esstisch auf dem Balkon perfekt gewesen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, Fragen und Anliegen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Krk ist eine schöne Stadt, die Altstadt und Restaurants gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Super Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden.

High-end vacation!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Das was uns aufgefallen ist das die Wände schon sehr abgenutzt waren, im Bad keine Klima war und der Whirlpool zu stark Chloriert war. Würden es trotzdem jedem weiterempfehlen weil es nichts extrem störendes ist! Sehr netter Umgang und war immer erreichbar bei einer Frage!

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht – zu viert mit zwei Hunden. Der Check-in war unkompliziert über einen Schlüsselkasten, und es standen zwei Parkplätze zur Verfügung, was sehr praktisch war. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet – besonders angenehm war die Klimaanlage in der Wohnküche und in beiden Schlafzimmern, was bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen ein großer Pluspunkt war. Auch die Waschmaschine war ein hilfreiches Extra. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: In einem der Schlafzimmer waren alle Reißverschlüsse der Bettwäsche defekt, und die Außenküche auf der Terrasse entsprach nicht ganz den Fotos – hier wäre eine Aktualisierung der Bilder hilfreich. Ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden. Die ruhige Wohngegend war ideal zum Entspannen, und die Altstadt von Krk war in 10–15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

- Apartment sehr modern eingerichtet mit guter Ausstattung und Raumaufteilung - ruhige Lage (jedoch zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes hoher Lärmpegel aufgrund der Baustelle in unmittelbarer Nähe)

It was a pleasure hosting them in our house. They were great guests in every way, respectful, considerate, and easygoing. Communication was smooth and efficient from the initial booking inquiry to their check-out. During their stay, they followed all house rules and guidelines, making the hosting experience completely hassle-free. They were quiet and considerate of our neighbours. We would highly recommend them to any Airbnb host without hesitation. We would be glad to host them again in the future and look forward to their return.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt wirklich sehr gefallen, die große private Terrasse war das Highlight. Alles war makellos sauber. Wir hätten uns vielleicht etwas mehr Ausstattung in der Küche gewünscht bezüglich Schneidebretter und Salatschüsseln ansonsten ist alles in ausreichender Menge enthalten.

Bardzo ladne, czyste i dobrze wyposazone mieszkanie. Duzy plus za rolety i moskitiery we wszystkich oknach. Dostepne miejsce parkingowe. Piekny widok z mieszkania. Spokojni sasiedzi. Niestety taras z jacuzzi nie znajduje sie na tym samym poziomie co mieszkanie tylko trzeba wyjsc z mieszkania,zamknac je i isc pietro wyzej na taras z jacuzzi. Spacerem mozna dojsc do centrum Krk.

Extraordinary journey!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und war blitzblank geputzt - ganz genau wie auf den Bildern, die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Einziges Manko: die Liegen auf der Dachterrasse sind defekt. Wir haben dies an Tomislav kommuniziert und er hat sofort reagiert - super tolle Kommunikation! Vielen Dank dafür. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen! Kleiner Tipp: Wäscheklammern einpacken :-)
