From this quiet location, it’s just a 10- to 15-minute walk to the town centre with its restaurants, bars, and cafes, as well as to the lovely fine-sand beach or Baabe Harbour.
In the evening, far away from the hustle and bustle, you can wind down the day in the evening sun on your terrace or by the fire in the garden pavilion and reflect on the day’s experiences… ideally with a delicious glass of Prosecco waiting for you upon arrival.
Interesting tourist spots, such as the harbour with its passenger ferry service, the “Rasender Roland” train, or Selliner See, are quickly accessible on foot, by bike, or via the Bäderbahn. The bus stop for the surrounding seaside resorts is not far away.
A perfect combination for holidaymakers who want to relax but still enjoy the occasional adventure and don’t want to miss out on anything.





The property is fenced in to keep out the bristly visitors from the adjacent forest.
When the weather is nice, a large play area, a barbecue corner, and a terrace invite you to linger. When the weather is bad (or there’s too much sun), our guests enjoy the garden pavilion with its fire pit.
