Gather in 3 living rooms, a chef’s kitchen, and 2 dining areas with seating for 20. Outdoor kitchen with smoker and grill, plus a year-round hot tub & cold plunge. Minutes from Lava Hot Springs, Pebble Creek Ski, ISU & local theatres – your perfect holiday or adventure escape.

This 4,400 sq ft three-story home blends mountain-modern style with cozy sophistication. The main level features two spacious living rooms with 14’ vaulted ceilings, a dramatic stacked-stone fireplace, Sonos surround sound theatre setup, and abundant natural light. Enjoy two dining rooms, a chef’s kitchen with ample counter space and professional-grade appliances, a laundry room and half bath.

Upstairs: the primary suite offers a king bed and bunk set (full/twin), spa bath with body sprayers, and two additional bedrooms (2 queens and 1 king + crib). The basement features a queen bedroom, floor mattresses for flexible sleeping, a pool table, bar with complimentary drinks, and classic games for family fun. Sleeping for up to 16.

Outdoors: relax in the hot tub or cold plunge, fire up the grill or smoker in the outdoor kitchen, and enjoy natural landscaped privacy with Juniper Hills views. Tastefully decorated for the holidays with warm lighting and a 9’ Christmas tree from Dec 1–Jan 5.

Guests have private access to the entire home, including all three levels and outdoor spaces. A few closets and the garage store personal items. Driveway and street parking available (please limit trailers to 48 hours). Outdoor kitchen, smoker, hot tub, and cold plunge are open year-round (weather permitting). Winter patio maintenance is limited but guests are welcome to enjoy the space.

Guests check in via private code sent 48 hours before arrival for a fully self-check-in experience. I’m local and available by text or call for any questions or assistance. I can recommend local dining, events, and even arrange a private chef for in-house meals or small events (minimums apply).

• Family Basecamp: Perfect for ISU visits, guest professors, or families exploring Yellowstone, Jackson Hole, Grand Teton, and Sun Valley. Minutes from Lava Hot Springs, Pebble Creek Ski Area, Portneuf Wellness Complex, Idaho Museum of Natural History, and the Palace Theatre.
• Amenities: Chef’s kitchen, breakfast bar, coffee station, Wi-Fi, Sonos sound, pool table, bar with select complimentary liquor (one or two drinks on the house; donations welcome for restock).
• Hot Tub & Cold Plunge: Year-round use; children under 12 must be supervised. Use at your own risk.
• Events & Gatherings: Small, pre-approved events may be allowed with prior permission. Additional event fees and refundable deposits may apply depending on the nature and size of the gathering. Unauthorized events or parties are not permitted and may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
• Pets: Welcome in the designated laundry “pet room” with dog door to fenced yard. Please keep pets out of main living spaces.
• House Rules: Quiet hours 10 p.m.–8 a.m. No smoking indoors. Respect neighbors and property.
• Accessibility: Multi-level home with no bedrooms or full baths on the main floor; not suitable for guests with mobility limitations.
