In the main house you will find 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, additionally there is a one bedroom casita with its own bathroom and its own private entrance. The primary bedroom in the home is furnished with a king bed & sitting area, a large en-suite bathroom with large soaking tub and tiled shower. Two bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and the casita is furnished with a queen bed and has it's own full bathroom. Comfortably sleeps 8 people.

The heated lap pool/swim-spa is so much fun! You can sit back & relax with the massage jets or use as a swimming pool or turn on the swim mode and swim against a current. There is no added cost for heating!

We do not allow large PARTIES at this property; this is a quiet/peaceful neighborhood not intended for loud parties/events. SMOKING is not allowed at this property.
To ensure property is free of pet allergens for all guests, we do not allow any PETS at this property.
There is free parking directly on the property (driveway parking) that can accommodate several vehicles.
