Vacation apartment (45sqm) with access to the bathing pond

The holiday rental is located on the ground floor and offers 45 square metres of space for up to 4 people. The living and dining area features a Swedish wood-burning stove, satellite TV, a dining nook, and a pull-out sofa bed that sleeps two. The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, refrigerator, coffee maker, oven, dishes, and tea towels. In the bathroom, you’ll find a bathtub where you can unwind. The separate bedroom features a double bed and a two-door mirrored closet. Through the living area, you have access to the terrace with garden furniture, and from here you can directly enjoy the swimming pond and the children’s playground. Payment is due on-site in cash. A deposit of 80% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Please call the listed phone number one hour before arrival. Pets are allowed upon request (for a fee of 5.00 EUR per night per pet). A cot is available upon request. A tourist tax of 1.00 euro per person per night for guests 16 and older, and 0.50 euro per night per person for guests 12 and older (children 12 and under are free) will be charged separately on site. Breakfast is available upon request for a fee. The apartment does not have internet access.
