Charming bungalow in trendy West Adams with private tranquil outdoor space

Please note that we live full time in the main house with our toddler and two dogs. You will likely see our dogs during your stay. They are very sweet but extremely energetic! We play with the dogs in the yard during the day and evening, so there may be some from that. We will respect the same quiet hours (12a-7a).

Heads up for month-long stays:
LA adds a pretty big occupancy tax to stays of 30 days or less. But once you hit 31 days, that tax goes away. So if you're staying around a month, book 31 days instead of 30 to save $$$

HOUSE RULES:
- Maximum 2 adults staying overnight between the hours of 12am and 7am
- Maximum 4 people on the property at any given time
- Quiet hours between 12am-7am
- Children allowed (can provide pack and play). Please note that there isn’t room for more than one pack and play.
- In the winter, simultaneous hot water usage may be limited to the shower + bathroom sink
- No shoes on the furniture
- Preferred no shoes inside
- Outdoor furniture and fire pit covers should be on when not in use
- Don’t put the cover on the fire pit while it’s still hot
- Don’t put the burner cover on the fire pit while it’s still hot
- The fire pit glass wind guard gets extremely hot. Don’t touch it while in use or until it’s cooled down.
- Use of the driveway and other parts of the property limited to leaving/exiting the guest house and waste disposal
- Fire pit propane tank valve should always be closed when not in use
- Please tidy up before you leave, clean all used dishes and strip the sheets
- A starter pack of nespresso pods will be provided at check in. Guests are responsible for their own pods beyond that.
- Shampoo, conditioner and body wash will be provided at check in. Guests are responsible for their own toiletries beyond what is initially provided.
- One full propane tank will be provided at check in. Refills are the guest’s responsibility.
- All items in the house must remain on the property at all times.
- Please review guest manual on arrival as there may be additional rules. Let us know ASAP if for any reason you are unable to find or read the manual.
