This located 2 min, from the freeway. 15 min. to Ojai, less then 10 to beaches and down town Ventura. 2 minutes from swimming holes on the Ventura River
We are a few minutes out of town so it is quite with easy street parking and country dark at night.

We spent a couple of days in Ventura visiting family. We were very happy to have found this booking which met all our expectations. There was a large comfortable room with a very comfortable bed.We understand that the place had been recently remodeled with a very nice new bathroom.There is also a beautiful garden outside with a view of distant hills. There is easy street parking just outside.When we return to visit we hope to stay here again.

This place is a dump. They advertise that it has a washer and dryer which it doesn’t. There was hardly any toilet paper no filtered water so I had to use the bathroom sink for water until they brought me purified water. There is no air-conditioning or heat. Basically it is a converted garage in a house. The windows did not have a screen on it. I had to have them open at night to have any circulation. They told me they wanted me to go to a friend’s house of theirs to get the toilet paper and water. I could go on but I think you get the point. I do not recommend

In my post I clearly show the set-up of the property. It is a converted garage, which I spent close to $50,000 converting into this space. I usually do offer filleted water and plenty of toilet paper. As I explained my 10 year old son was getting transferred into emergency surgery. I will admit I forget to fill the water filter in my rush to get back to the hospital. I did provide you with a roll of toilet paper and tissues and promised to get you more in the morning but did not have time to go to the store because I was in a rush to get back to the hospital. I offered to Instacart you the items to the property but communicate that I would not be able to bring them to your unit because I was not there. In the end my husband brought you everything you requested, filtered water and 2 play toilet paper as I was making crustal decisions about my son’s health. We did everything we could to make your stay comfortable s our family was dealing with one of the hardest times in our life’s, which we explained to you. I have been hosting on Airbnb for over a year. I have had many happy visitors and have a 4.83 out of 5 star review with several recuring guests. I take a lot of pride in providing a comfortable and affordable space
