We recently stayed at this property over Memorial Day weekend and had a mixed experience.On the positive side, the location is excellent—the home is situated in a peaceful neighborhood and is only about a 5-minute walk to the beach, which made it very convenient for our family.However, the property itself was somewhat underwhelming, especially given the premium pricing. A few key issues stood out:* The lift/elevator in the property was unreliable and felt very flimsy, which was concerning.* The bed in the master suite was of poor quality and not very comfortable.* Basic toiletries were not provided in the bathrooms—specifically, no shampoo—which is typically expected at this price point.* Only two dishwashing pods were provided for a three-night stay, which felt insufficient.* The air hockey table shown in the listing photos was not present, which was disappointing.* Communication from the host could have been better, as responses were not always timely.Overall, we did enjoy our time together as a family and appreciated the location, but the property did not fully meet expectations. With some improvements and stronger communication, this could be a much better experience for future guests.

Overall we had a wonderful stay and the house is beautiful. It is in a nice little community and is in a great location to the beach. The house is very large and beautiful. We appreciated that each bedroom has it's own private bathroom. The kitchen is very large and well stocked, lots of seating. We were disappointed with the pool, it is much smaller in person and was not clean or swimmable when we arrived and then the water turned green on the third day of our stay and was again unusable. This was a big bummer as it was one of the main reasons we choose this house. The host did send someone out the first morning to take care of the pool but I messaged again about the pool with no response. We checked out a day early due to this issue. A few more things to know is that there is an elevator in the house, which would have be very nice expect it did not work the first two days, they sent someone out and it worked off and on after that, we really couldn't us it. There are three bedrooms were the ceiling fans did not work, would have been very nice if they did, I messaged about that and assume it will be an easy fix. It was a bit warm for sleeping in those rooms without the fans. One other thing is there is a picture of an air hockey table in the listing but it is not there in the house.The grill really needs to be replaced, it is tiny and was very dirty, an upgrade would be great on that. The host was responses at times and other times no response.
