This Villa is located only a few walking minutes away from the white sandy beach in a well maintained complex. In the livingroom of about 50 m2 you will find a stereo installation, tv-set, kitchen and a generous eating corner. On the from the outside invisible Patio you find a private pool, teakwood chairs an table, sunchairs and a sunscreen. Through the Patio you reach the sleeping part of the Villa with 2 bedrooms (2 singel beds and 1 double bed) and a bathroom. The generous bathroom with daylight contains a shower, toilet and bidet. Through the Patio you reach as well the big sunningterass with fantastic seaview on the bay of Costa Calma. A good place for having a nice diner and to start or end the day in a comfortable way.

Die Betreuung und die Lage der Fewo mit dem Blick auf das Meer, sowie die Ruhe in der Anlage und der Parkplatz direkt vor Ort war einmalig. Die Ausstattung in der Fewo ist alles super. Der einzige Haken was uns nicht gefallen hat, dass das schöne große Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoß für die priv. Nutzung des Eigentümers verschlossen ist. dies fällt bei der Buchung so gar nicht auf. Schade, dies hätte der Eigentümer mit Sicherheit auch anderst lösen können. Ich werde die Fewo Gabi für die 10,-€ Unterschied nicht mehr buchen.

Super Platz

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt, die Lage ist perfekt. Die Fotos entsprechen genau dem was wir es dann auch vorgefunden haben. Auch wenn man von mehreren Wohneinheiten umgeben ist war es extrem ruhig. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. In nächster Umgebung der Strand, Restaurants und Supermarkt. Wir waren dort zum Windsurfen, das Zentrum von Egli ist nebenan. Wir können die Adresse nur weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöne Ferien

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und fußläufig zum Strand gelegen. Unser Haus war top ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht, jede Kleinigkeit ist durchdacht: vom Topflöffel bis zum Pool und Moskitonetz. Sehr sauber. Eine sehr schöne und funktionale Küche, TV mit deutschen Programmen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool und die Terrassen ist einfach der Hammer. Auch die “Rezeption “ ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bett für mich persönlich war bisschen zu hart und die Mücken genervt. Zum Strand läuft man 6-7 Minuten. Im Ort Costa Calma ( laufen 20 Minuten, fahren 3) gibt’s Supermarkt , Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr zufrieden und kommen wieder!!!!

Gesamteindruck sehr gut!

Die Unterkunft sowie der Kontakt zum Vermieter war spitze und reibungslos. Das Haus war sauber, groß und gut ausgestattet. Besonders der Meerblick von der Dachterasse hat uns gefallen. Leider gab es weder Salz/Pfeffer Müllbeutel, genug Toilettenpapier etc. Für eine Woche Urlaub das alles zu kaufen (insbesondere da es leider nur die üblichen Größen gibt/ für eine Woche viel zu viel) war etwas schade, gerade da es sich hierbei ja um Cent-Artikel handelt. Aber die Schönheit unseres Urlaubs hat es letztendlich nicht getrübt

Schöne Unterkunft, hervorragende Betreuung

Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den dargestellten Bildern. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der hervorragende Service vor Ort durch das Büro Kirchmeyer. Wir haben das Haus sehr sauber übergeben bekommen. Das Haus verfügt über eine moderne Küche und elektronische Geräte (TV, Waschmaschine, Ofen, Herd usw.) in einwandfreien Zustand. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders im Hinblick für spanische Verhältnisse. Alles was man in der Küche benötigt, findet man dort vor. Wir haben besonders die schöne Dachterasse genossen, den Innenhof haben wir kaum genutzt. Für 4 Personen könnte man größere Tische im Außenbereich gebrauchen. Beachten sollte man, dass man für jeden Gang zum Bad/Schlafzimmer durch den privaten aber offenen Innenhof muss, was bei gutem Wetter aber kaum ein Problem darstellt. Die Schlafzimmer sind etwas klein und leider sehr dunkel, so dass man sich dort nicht gerne aufhalten mag. Privatsphäre hat man als Eltern dort nicht. Es ist eine reine Geschmackssache und wird von uns nicht negativ bewertet, aber uns hat der Stilmix der Einrichtung/Dekoration nicht so gut gefallen, wir mögen es doch lieber etwas moderner. Es bleibt aber festzuhalten, dass das Haus genau so aussieht wie auf den Bildern und das ist schließlich das Wichtigste. Unser Aufenhalt erfolgte genau über die Feiertage zum Jahreswechsel. Der Preis war uns bewusst, das Preis-/Leistungsverhälntis zu dieser Zeit mit Kosten in Höhe von 180 € pro Nacht für 4 Personen ist aber unseres Erachtens nach für dieses Haus deutlich zu hoch gewesen und wir würden es für den Preis nicht wieder buchen. Die Angabe, dass der Bungalow über 190 m² verfügen würde, halten wir für eine falsche Angabe. Allenfalls unter Einbeziehung aller Außenanlagen kann diese Größe ggf. zutreffend sein. Dies wäre aber irreführend. Bei Buchung muss man beachten, dass man als 4köpfige Familie abends im Winter, wenn man sich drinnen aufhalten muss, wenig Platz zur Verfügung hat. Ein im Obergeschoss offenbar noch vorhandenes Bad und Schlafzimmer (?) stehen dem Mieter nicht zur Verfügung. Dem Haus würden wir 4 Sterne geben - im Verhältnis zum Preis 3.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir waren Ende August auf Fuerteventura, unser Flugzeug landete um 20 Uhr, mit dem Mietauto ging es dann für knapp 1 Stunde Richtung Costa Calma. Wir wurden überaus nett empfangen. Uns wurde die Unterkunft gezeigt und alles präzise erklärt, auch was die aktuellen Corona Maßnahmen betrifft. Da es schon sehr spät war und der Supermarkt geschlossen hatte bekamen wir sogar eine Flasche Wasser und Wein um die Nacht zu überbrücken, einfach toll. Die Unterkunft selber war sehr sauber, modern möbliert und sehr geräumig. Generell ist die Gegend dort sehr ruhig, wir konnten uns also perfekt erholen.

Un logement proche du spot windsurf/kitesurf

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus zwei Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check In und die Betreuung war super, sehr nett und freundlich. Das Haus hat zwei nutzbare Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss (das Schlafzimmer der Eigentümer im Obergeschoss ist verschlossen), einen großen Wohn-/Essbereich und einen windgeschützen Innenhof mit Pool sowie eine traumhafte Dachterasse mit Blick auf den Atlantik. Der Weg zum Meer ist kurz, in 10 Minuten ist man fussläufig am Strand. Die Insel erwacht langsam (nach Corona) wieder und wir drücken die Daumen, dass der Tourismus auf dieser tollen Insel zu alter Stärke zurückfindet!

Schöne Unterkunft in Top Lage

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Das Objekt war genau wie beschrieben und hatte eine super Lage. Strand, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurant war alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir bedanken uns für diesen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Tolles Haus!!!

Ein sehr schönes Haus! Wir haben uns zwei Wochen dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool lädt zum verweilen ein und wirkt auf den Bildern kleiner als er ist. Das Haus beinhaltet alles was man benötigt und die Verwalter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Also ein gelungener Urlaub.
