Cosy holiday apartment with terrace and air conditioning in a central location
This charming ground floor holiday apartment offers comfortable space for up to four people on 30 m². The separate bedroom is equipped with a spacious double bed and a single bed, ideal for families or small groups. A modern air conditioning system ensures pleasant temperatures, complemented by a ceiling fan. The living area features SAT-TV and invites relaxation. The open kitchen is functionally furnished and provides everything you need for self-catering: a refrigerator with freezer compartment, an electric stove with two hotplates as well as cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery. Directly adjacent to the kitchen is the covered terrace, which is equipped with a table and chairs for four people and invites to relaxed hours outdoors.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet and rounds off the comfortable overall impression. WiFi is available in the accommodation, a private parking space directly at the property facilitates arrival. Pets are welcome, up to two small four-legged friends can be brought along for a small additional fee. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. The accommodation is located in a multi-family house with a total of six holiday apartments, in which the hosts also live, which ensures personal care. A garden with barbecue facilities and shady spots is available to all guests by arrangement.
