A air conditioning ensures pleasant room temperatures, complemented by a ceiling fan. A modern SAT LCD TV rounds off the living comfort. The open kitchen is functionally furnished and features an electric cooker with two hotplates, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, as well as comprehensive cookware and cutlery. A dining table offers space for four people. From the adjacent, covered balcony, you can spend relaxed hours together - equipped with a table and chairs, it invites you to have breakfast or enjoy a cosy end to the day.
