River access at this property is shared with the larger home on the property, but with plenty of outdoor space, you can visit the river & other areas in peace!

Guests will have private access to the entire tiny home. Outdoor & river access may be shared with any who may be staying in the separate larger home on the property.

A car is necessary to reach the property. Low cell reception on the road leading to the home, please plan accordingly!

Heater and internet provided, along with a standup fan for warmer days. All your needs provided for in the kitchen. Enjoy an intimate campfire surrounded by trees next to your cabin.
To respect nature and our neighbors, we observe quiet hours after 10pm. Please remember that sounds travel over water! No parties, no smoking, no indoor fires. Unavoidable weather can cause burn bans in the summer season - we strictly adhere to all bans and will update guests if bans come to our attention. Our cabin has open water access - please enjoy and choose activities responsibly, and at your own risk.

Any guests staying the night at the property must be included on the reservation, and we ask any guests who are booking on behalf of someone else to disclose that ahead of time, thanks so much!
