The attractive Villa Sonneck, with its beautiful spa architecture, enjoys an excellent location in the Baltic resort of Sellin, right on Wilhelmstraße boulevard and just 400 m from the beach. The "Baltic Sun" apartment is on the first floor of this listed building. Modernly furnished, it features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and accommodates up to five guests. On the ground floor, you can use the modern communal sauna free of charge. Washing machine and dryer are available for an extra charge. Bed linen and towels can be booked on request for an extra fee.



Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), bedroom 2 offers two single beds (each 0.80 m x 2.00 m). The living room includes a sofa bed for two. On the two spacious balconies with seating and a beach chair each, you can enjoy the sun and fresh Baltic air all day. Thanks to the central location, boutiques, restaurants, and cafés are just 1–5 minutes’ walk away, a bakery in 4, and a supermarket in 10 minutes. The pier and beach are about a 7-minute walk. Connections to Binz, Baabe, and Göhren are available via a historic steam train, local spa railway, or buses. Free parking and bicycle storage are available on the property. Freshly made beds and towels are included. One dog is welcome by prior arrangement.
