Perfekter Familienurlaub

Ein Urlaub mit 3 Kindern (19 Jahre, 17 Jahre und 14 Jahre) ist in diesem Apartment perfekt: geräumig, 3 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eignem Bad und WC, große Terrasse mit Whirlpool, direkt am Stand, die Altstadt mit Restaurants leicht zu Fuß und mit dem Rad erreichbar. Nicht günstig, aber in Summe ok.

Sehr schöne Wohnung Blick auf das Meer ist herrlich die Bar zwischen Wohnung und Meer ist überhaupt nicht laut im Gegenteil wems zu heiß wird kann sich mit gekühlten Getränken oder Eis erfrischen .

Unterkunft war gut. Eine Leiter wäre schön, da die Schränke sehr hoch sind und man z. B. das Geschirr besser erreichen könnte. Außerdem wären Gebrauchsanleitungen für Küchengeräte und Fernseher gut

Familienurlaub

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (4 und 2 Jahre). Das Appartement ist sehr schön und toll eingerichtet. Die Entfernung zum Meer ist ideal und das Wasser herrlich. Die Besitzer haben mit uns während des Aufenthaltes keinen Kontakt aufgenommen, uns hat das nicht weiter gestört. Die Strecke in die Altstadt und zu Restaurants haben wir immer zu Fuß bewältigt.

Direkt am Meer

Traumhafter Meerblick, leider abends bis in die Nacht auf Grund der Lage sehr laut: Volleyballplatz und Beach Bar mit lauter Musik und sportlichen Aktivitäten jeden Tag. Wer eine ruhige FeWo sucht ist hier falsch. Die Wohnung selber hätte sauberer sein müssen für den Preis. Das Zentrum von Umag ist zu Fuß erreichbar, zum Einkaufen sind wir mit Fahrrad und Auto gefahren. Trotzdem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub, würden das nächste Mal aber eine andere Lage der Unterkunft wählen.

perfektní rodinný apartmán

Za nás (dva dospělí a 5 dětí) konstatujeme, že je to perfektní místo bez přílišného přetlaku turistů jaký je znát na druhé straně města. Pláž je přímo před domem a do města je to 5minut pěšky. Paní majitelka umí spíš německy než anglicky ale i anglicky je domluva možná a paní je velmi vstřícná. Úklid je "jižanský" tj. za dva tři roky bude znát věk a opotřebení ... je to škoda, že na jihu neumí pořádně uklízet a tím pádem vše udržet v perfektní kondici jako např. v Rakousku.
