Couldn’t have asked for a more clean, nice, fair stay! Everything was amazing from the hassle free entrance to the nice elegant stay! Highly recommend and to top it off the house has everything you need from bathroom to kitchen, from cleaning supplies to every dish, coffee maker etc! It was my birthday trip and i’m just so happy I chose here to stay. Plus she responds in minutes if not seconds truly the best!

Just wanted to say the house was absolutely wonderful. We’ve stayed in many places around Miami, but this one was by far the best for us. The cleanliness was excellent, it was equipped with all the essentials, and had a fantastic area for the kids to enjoy themselves. Plus, the communication with the host was incredible. It really made our stay memorable. Thanks a lot for making this experience so amazing for our family.

This property was the most perfect stay I’ve ever had. This was the hardest week of my life as well as my birthday and I really needed things to work out with the property as I had communicated specific needs for a band practice, noise level, etc. The hosts were so communicative and reassuring, not to mention incredibly kind. Incredible property, gorgeous house, inside and out, offered my band and I what we needed for our rehearsal as well as a place to enjoy for my birthday afterwards. Thank you thank you thank you!! Stay here. Stay here more than once.

Absolutely the worst booking experience imaginable. The property manager called me about an hour before my 4pm check-in to cancel, even though we made our reservation weeks in advance, including payment in advance. Zero communication skills. I messaged the owner 1 day in advance to ask if we could possibly check in earlier than 4pm. The host did not answer my question. On the day of our check-in i messaged the host again around 1pm to ask if we could possibly check in before 4pm. No reply. Then I receive a call around 2:30pm from property manager saying that the host cancelled due to “property damage”Then I called her back and she said the host canceled because “the property had no electricity.”Then my Vrbo app showed me the official reason for cancellation is “guest minimum age” even though I’m 34 so I’m not sure what minimum age I did not meet. 3 different excuses for this unprofessional service. 0 out of 100 experience would not recommend
