This lovingly furnished holiday rental stands out for its proximity to the rustic Darß Forest and its peaceful setting. You can quickly reach the centre of Prerow by bike or car, and both the family-friendly North Beach and the unspoiled West Beach are easily accessible from here.
The duplex apartment, located on the ground floor and in the attic, features a very spacious and bright living room with a TV sofa and cosy rocking chairs. The pull-out TV sofa can be used as a sleeping area for two people.
The living room opens onto a west-facing balcony, where you can enjoy a relaxing breakfast or dinner. The well-equipped, modern kitchen and dining table are adjacent to the living room. A shower room with a toilet is also located on this floor.
The bright attic level of the apartment features two bedrooms, each with a double bed and two single beds. The second shower room with a toilet is located on this level.
The apartment includes a lockable bike shed right next to the building. Amenities include a washing machine and dryer (for a fee).
A children’s playground and a football field are available for shared use. An electric car charging station is located in the open parking spaces of Building Q.
