Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location and very safe for it is inside a gated community. What you see in the photos is what you get. A bit tired and old but very quiet with gorgeous views on both sides of the property. Easy walk to the beach or quick drive to the pickle ball courts lot and beach parking.. So quiet and the mattresses are very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen it had everything I needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: very self contained and loved the decor, immediately felt like settling in. I had rented 2 homes for a birthday event with my family and stayed in the larger one, which was quite different and not on the lagoon, also wonderful...... but next time I will stay at 109 Dipsea. Thanks!!!!
