If you like camping in a tent with campfires to cook and cold water to shower, then THIS is the place for you! Hot water was in short supply, Air Conditioning broke down, the oven did not work (this was the number one reason we chose this place), we saw cockroaches in the kitchen, no handle on the entry door, no hand towels, one washcloth, neighbors are 5 feet away and LOVE to blast their radios early in the morning and late at night, sheets are scratchy, and the refrigerator leaked and everything on the bottom shelf gets wet IT IS A TRAILER To be fair, the landlord sent someone out to fix the AC, but WE had to meet him which meant we had to leave our family reunion early - the whole reason for the trip. He also did send out an exterminator to spray.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Misrepresentation of what the property actually was . A dump. It showed it sitting on wide green grass near a pond w other campers on the other side. It was hemmed in, right on the main road coming in w a speed bump right next to it. All night…BUMP BUMP. it was crazy, but not cool. The door won’t lock easily ever, the door has been jimmied A LOT! It smelled, spit marks on the wall nobody cleaned off, dirty towels under the counter, carpet stained and stinky. I’m going to stop now, but I’ve traveled a lot, it was not fun. Had to buy a new tank of gas to grill, new bags for garbage (we kept) , TP, SnP, and everything basically. People normally leave behind some stuff, so someone may be cleaning it out. Idk. Done. Plenty of pics of you need.God bless and be careful
