Lovely Studio Unit in North Central Austin
Enjoy this studio unit, comfortably sleeps 2, with kitchen, 1 queen size bed, 1 full bathroom. This studio unit is close to many great Austin destinations like The Domain, FC Stadium, and restaurants. Only a 15 min drive to downtown.
You're welcome to use serving dishes, dinnerware, cookware, washer & dryer. Free wifi and street parking.
This lovely studio unit is on the second floor, the entrance is located on the left and back side of the main residence, then accessing through a set of stairways.
No pets are allowed. We will ask guests to leave the unit for violating this rule, and guests will lose the entire booking amounts.

Please set the AC to 75° or the heater to 68°, and turn off stove, oven, and all the light features before you leave/checkout.
When you leave/checkout, please exit thru the front door, then press the lock button on the keypad from the outside to lock the front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
