This spacious 2BR Presidential resort unit sleeps 8 (6 privately) and offers from 1,512 to 1,699 square feet of luxurious living and dining space. Whether you're getting ready for an intense FIFA World Cup match or winding down after a long day at nearby Mercedes-Benz stadium, you'll appreciate all the thoughtful amenities including fully-equipped kitchen with large island, wi-fi, full-size washer/dryer, supplied towels and linens, and large TVs.

The property, located in the center of downtown Atlanta, overlooks Centennial Park and offers a heated pool on the 19th floor, an on-site bar and restaurant, a fitness center, valet parking, a convenience store and more. Because yours will be a Presidential unit, it will be in the top half of the building (floors 14-22) and may even come with a balcony (although unit assignment is done by the resort).

The resort is a short walk from the College Football Hall of Fame, World of Coca Cola, and Georgia Aquarium. Mercedes-Benz stadium is only a 10-minute walk away!!!

Please note that pictures are provided as examples and your actual unit may vary in layout, view, floor plan and decor. The unit is resort-managed, so your 2BR Presidential unit will be assigned at check-in. Also note that a credit card is required at check-in for a $250 security deposit.

No pets allowed, smoking is not permitted, and you must be 21 years or older to rent this unit. Check in after 4:00pm and check out before 11:00am.
