A21-Cozy Villa in Cabo Rojo with direct beach access

Sunset House is a cozy beach villa in the municipality of Cabo Rojo, located in Villa Taína Boquerón. The villa is just steps from the beach. Here you can enjoy with your family the best sunrises and the best sunsets that you can see in Puerto Rico at this peaceful place to stay. The villa is close to places of interest such as "El Poblado de Boquerón", Playa Sucia, Buyé, Cabo Rojo Lighthouse etc and close to a variety of exquisite restaurants.



This is a two level Villa. On the first level is the living room, kitchen, dining room, a half bathroom and a bedroom with a queen bed. This room has a shower. It does not have air conditioning, but it does have a ceiling fan. On the second floor there is a full bathroom and two bedrooms, one of the bedrooms has another queen bed and the last bedroom has a twin bed and a bunk bed with a full bed below and a twin bed above. These two rooms have A/C as well as the living room. Villa Taína is a fantastic gated community with 24 hours security assistance, 1 pool area for each nucleus. The villa has mosquito nets installed in the windows.



One significant and detailed note about our villa is that is has installed in the walls all over the villa handmade paintings by the owners mother inspired by beautiful places in Puerto Rico. These paintings are available to buy if guests are interested. We advise those guests who love detailed and inspired paintings to ask the host about these paintings as mentioned before, they are up for sale.



TM Vacation Rentals strives to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide one bath towel per guest and one beach towel per guests.



Guests will be able to access the swimming pool of the nucleus where the Villa is located. In addition, the beach is very close, approximately 2 minutes walking. There is also a passive park for children.



The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 6 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.
