We are a smoke-free/drug free property (including cigarettes and marijuana) and the unit rented is a pet-free zone in consideration of allergies. Guests have access to a gym, kitchen, and small living room area. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or stepping out to explore, the space offers a fabulous retreat after a day of adventure. *Please note that the gym/rec space is shared, but the rest of the unit you will have to yourself. You will have your own private room, bathroom, kitchen, couch/TV, and outdoor sitting area!

*If children are in the unit, they will need to be supervised at all times due to open space areas, wild animals, outdoor areas without rails/fences, and breakable/reachable items in the unit. ONLY ADULTS ALLOWED IN THE GYM.

There are two trash bins in the kitchen: the first is for trash, the second (back one) for recycles. Please make sure items are in the correct bins. We’ll take out the trash for you.
Please make sure dishes are washed and in the drain tray or put away. If dishes are in the dishwasher, please run the dishwasher on your way out.
Send us a message once you’re out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We kindly request that shoes be taken off while in the unit in order to try and keep the rugs as clean as possible.
