Welcome to the Blaue Residenz! The Andalusian architectural style is a real eye-catcher in the nature-rich village of Stinteck. In our “Saphir” holiday apartment, you can enjoy a peaceful holiday and explore nature on foot. This oasis of relaxation is just a short walk from the dike.

Here, you’ll find a newly renovated and cosy 47-square-meter apartment with two covered balconies, complete with garden furniture, so you can enjoy the natural surroundings of the picturesque fishing village of Stinteck around the clock. For the perfect holiday, the apartment is divided into a bedroom, a bathroom, and a living area with an open kitchen. The living room features a functional sleeper sofa, ensuring there’s enough space for everyone. High-speed internet access and Wi-Fi are also provided.
Around the house, especially on the adjacent meadow, there’s plenty of space to freely immerse yourself in the flora and fauna. Garden furniture is already set up for guests—all you have to do is sit back and relax.
You don’t need to worry about parking, as it’s included and available on-site or right by the house. There’s also a storage shed so you can keep the bicycles you bring with you safe and dry.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.
