All new! Fully renovated thanks to Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Villa A13 has been redesigned with a focus on couples. It features a cook's kitchen, screened in lanai, and an interior design that combines mid-century modern with luxury comfort. The master bedroom features a new king mattress; the second bedroom has a new queen mattress. Both bedrooms have new 50" Sony Bravia TVs. Couples traveling together can each enjoy comfortable accommodations. The renovated bathroom has a new walk- in shower and significantly expanded storage and counter space. The kitchen and bathroom are simply wonderful! The kitchen has an expanded dining area with comfortable seating for four. The living room is furnished and arranged to facilitate conversation. If conversation runs dry, there is a 55" Sony Bravia TV. The villa is coinvent to the beach and the pool. It has in-villa wi-fi providing reliable, high speed internet access. Casa Blanca is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery and shops. Siesta Key Village is just a short free bus ride away. Non smoking villa; Occupancy is strictly limited to four persons; Minimum 7 day rental.
