About this property

Familien-apartment Direkt am Wasser

Unique holiday rental located right on the Weser River. The entire property was renovated in 2020 and features upscale amenities as well as a fantastic view of the Weser. The apartment is situated directly on the Weser levee, offering a very quiet yet convenient location close to the city.

Spanning 88 m², this upper-floor apartment features two separate bedrooms with double beds and their own flat-screen TVs. The bathroom is very spacious and features a large walk-in shower and a large vanity. Great emphasis has also been placed on an open, maritime, and bright interior design, which is particularly evident in the kitchen-dining area and hallway. The modern kitchen-dining area features a versatile built-in kitchen and a Nespresso machine.

The absolute highlight is our “Captain’s Room,” which can be used as a living room and dining area. The spacious living area is flooded with light and has been lovingly furnished. The large flat-screen TV, the luxurious air conditioning, and direct access to the secluded loggia offer the highest level of comfort.

A particular advantage is the newly installed underfloor heating throughout the apartment.

Vielen Dank an unseren freundlichen Vermieter! Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder.
