Eine wirklich tolle, liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die Sauberkeit ist sehr gut, alles Benötigte ist vorhanden. Es muss einem bewusst sein, dass man auf das Auto angewiesen ist. Bei uns war es so gewünscht, etwas ab vom Trouble zu sein.Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Einweisung und Schlüsselübergabe waren unkompliziert.Einfach empfehlenswert!!!!

Wohnung TOP!!!

Wohnung wie zu Hause.Küche steht ungewöhnlich im "Flur", hat alles was man braucht. TOP!!!. Sabine ist sehr sympathisch und nett. Lage ist zwar nicht schön, aber sehr ruhig und wir konnten da zum Nordbad rund wandern. Ideal für Joggen :-) Auch schön, wenn man ca. 20 Min.flott zu Fuss bis zur Stadt geht. Gern weiter empfehlen:-) Danke Sabine :-))

Die Wohnung ist etwas schlecht zu erreichen, durch Ausschilderung der Straße! Schlafen war nicht so gut möglich, durch ständige Störung, an und abfaher der Autos zur Werkstatt, Straße und Bahn Verkehr!! Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden, vorallem durch den in der Nähe liegenden See!!!

Klein aber fein

Alles verlief reibungslos. Vom Gastgeber bekamen wir sogar noch Ausflugstipps. Wir waren mit unserem 1Jährigen Sohn dort. Hochstuhl, kleine Spielzeuge und Bücher waren vorhanden und im gutem Zustand. Die Lage im Industriegebiet auf einem Werkstattgelände mag nicht die schönste sein, aber von dort lässt sich alles hervorragend erreichen (Zoo, Innenstadt, Nordstrand, Einkaufen). Die Mini-Küche ist für ein paar Tage ausreichend gewesen, für einen längeren Aufenthalt mit Kind für uns eher ungeeignet. (Zumindest, wenn man viel kocht). Alles in Allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Erfurt erkunden

Einfach zu finden, Ankunft und Einchecken = einwandfrei! Wohnung schön sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Da wir Erfurt erkunden wollten, war die Wohnung ein bisschen zu weit aus der city raus.Da kein Bäcker fürs Frühstück oder ähnliches in der Nähe ist, ist ein Auto unumgänglich. Trotz allem, würden wir wieder buchen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hatte gute Tipps und Empfehlungen. Auch die ansässige Werkstatt hat uns nett und hilfsbereit weitergeholfen (Werkzeug und Ersatzteile). Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!!

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und sauber. Die Stadtrandlage ist top. Schön ruhig, aber nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto bis in die Erfurter Innenstadt.

Gute Alternative zum Hotel

Kleine nette saubere Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht, um sich ein paar Tage selbst zu versorgen. Gemütlich eingerichtet und Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Wie beschrieben etwas abgelegen, mit dem Auto ist man allerdings in 10min in der Innenstadt. Zur Straßenbahn auf der Leipziger Straße ca. 15min zu Fuß. Schnell erreichbare und überaus freundliche Gastgeberin. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Sehr freundlicher Kontakt, Lage ist nicht Jedermanns Sache

Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war ausgesprochen freundlich und die Wohnung sauber und angehnehm. Wer absolut den ÖPNV nutzen will, muss sehr weit laufen, da die Wohnung in einem Industriegebiet liegt. Wer in die Innenstadt möchte, sollte unbedingt das Auto nehmen. Die Wohnung ist außerdem im Flur sehr zugig, da sie im ersten OG liegt und unten nur Geschäftsräume sind, die am Wochenende nicht beheizt werden. Das Manko wird aber von der Einrichtung wett gemacht. Insbesondere das sehr bequeme Bett ist zu erwähnen. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es sogar eine Playstation. Für Kinder ist ein Beistellbett bereit.

Warum nicht?

Warum nicht mal etwas außerhalb des Zentrums von Erfurt? Knapp 20 min Fußmarsch - und man ist im quirligen Zentrum. Zwanzig Minuten zurück - und es ist wieder ruhig (besonders am Wochenende). Eine Fewo für zwei Personen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr gut, die Unterkunft war ok und sauber. Man spürte die Liebe zum Thema "VW Campingbus veredeln" in jedem Zimmer. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, Danke noch mal!

Die Wohnung war sauber, geschmackvoll und gut eingerichtet. Vermieter unter der Woche vor Ort und per WhatsApp immer zu erreichen. Sehr nett. Da die Wohnung etwas abgelegen, in einem Industriegebiet ist, ist eine fahrbarer Untersatz nicht schlecht. Fahrräder kann man mieten. Nachts ist es dafür angenehm ruhig für eine Stadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
