Der er meget spindelsvæv rundt i hjørner og generelt trænger låger, lister og overflader til en rengøring. Hængslet i ovnen i venstre side er knækket. Vi kunne ikke få den udendørs vandhane til at virke og det var svært at låse både terrasse og hoveddør fordi de hænger.
