Great property for large groups. The gym was awesome to gather in when the weather did not cooperate. Would definitely stay here again.

House was awesome! Had everything it stated and everything we needed to have a fun weekend. The big gym room was the highlight, we played a lot of basketball and pickleball! Awesome access to the town with an amazing view of the lake from the house. Thanks to Jake and Prime Properties!

Property was great and full of so much space. Only thing I think might need addressing was the main level kitchen freezer wasn't cold enough and we couldn't get it set. Plenty of silverware and toys for kids. Would come here again

We have a group of 30 that comes up every year to celebrate birthdays, this was our 14th year in a row and this was our absolute favorite house yet. The basketball court was amazing, we played for hours and it was great for the kids who scootered around while we played. There was a bed for every single guest which was awesome, and the movie theater was a hit for everyone, kids and adults. The last night there was a rain storm which was amazing because we were able to sit out on the glass covered porch and watch the rain and lightning. It was truly magical. Will definitely try to book this house next year for our 15th stay!

Wonderful vacation home for our family reunion. There were 35 of us and several young adults so the indoor Pickleball volleyball basketball court was really fun for them. We had 11 children under seven years of age and they enjoyed riding their bikes in the sport court, and also playing with the toys that were there plus we took some of our own toys for them to play with. There are three levels so the upper level with the theater room and larger bedrooms with walk-in closets worked great for our families with babies and young children and the main level worked for serving our food and with the kitchen and dining area and on the lower level of the kitchen, dining area and family area was a good place for children with families with young children, and they could play with their toys downstairs and also with their bikes in the sports court.There was a nice lawn that was shaded in the afternoon and we could play volleyball outside even did water games and a slip and slide on the hill. It worked out great for our family. Had a wonderful time.

We had a family reunion with 17 adults and 16 kids and loved staying at the Big Blue Bear Lake house! Our host, Jake, was very responsive & super helpful during our stay. The view of the lake was gorgeous from every level of the house, and we enjoyed cooking dinners and eating on the shaded lawn & at the picnic tables on the patio. Having two kitchens and three refrigerators helped for storage and spreading out the cooking. The sports court was perfect for the kids (young & old) to get energy out & play a multitude of games, and the theater room was great for movie night with the surround sound! The sleeping arrangements worked out fine, and the older kids thought it was cool to sleep in the Murphy beds and bunk room off the sports court. The location of the house was really nice for quick access to Garden City shopping, Go-carts & the Adventure Park, and an easy drive to Rendezvous Beach for a swimming day! Our family also enjoyed Logan Canyon, Limber Pine trail, Tony Grove Lake, Rock Climbing & Fossil digging! We had a fabulous time & would love to come back, again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautiful, very clean, and had an amazing view of the lake. The sports court was fantastic, and the pickleball court was definitely a huge hit with everyone in our group. It was the perfect place to relax, spend time together, and make great memories. We would definitely stay here again
