In the 95-square-meter Apartment 1, you’ll find a well-equipped and cosily furnished holiday rental in a country-style design, featuring a new, very comfortable, and exceptionally well-equipped kitchen, 2 large bedrooms, and plenty of amenities and space for 4 people. This apartment includes: 2 large bedrooms; a new, separate kitchen with a dining area; a telephone and a radio/CD player; a cosy living room with a dining area, a very large corner sofa, and satellite TV; a bathroom with shower and toilet; a separate second toilet; Wi-Fi; and a south-facing balcony. The deposit is 30% of the total rental price. Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out is available between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Tourist tax: Included in the price. Pets are not allowed. A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request.
