Each semi-detached home accommodates 6 people across 3 floors, and garden furniture is provided on the sunny terrace during the season. The ground floor is tiled and equipped with radiant floor heating, while the upper and attic floors feature high-quality vinyl flooring. A highlight of the attic is a small fold-out balcony from which you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the sea.

This half of the house offers approximately 100 m² of living space and is laid out as follows:

Upper floor: one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a smart TV, one bedroom with 2 single beds (100 x 200 cm each), a shower room/toilet

A shared bike shed is available for your bicycles, along with one carport space and an additional parking space.
