Arrive – Relax – Enjoy<br><br>Look forward to our bright, cosy, and well-equipped holiday rental on the southern edge of the Westerwald.<br>Idyllically located on the outskirts of Barig-Selbenhausen, a district of Merenberg, and surrounded by fields, meadows, and forests, this is the ideal starting point for a wide range of activities in the Lahn Valley.<br>The 55-square-meter non-smoking apartment, with its own entrance, accommodates two guests. It features a comfortable box-spring bed, a living/dining room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private small terrace (south-facing) overlooking the garden.<br>The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator and freezer, oven, stove with glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, and a Senseo coffee maker. A small welcome gift of coffee, tea, and mineral water is provided for you.<br>The bathroom, which has natural light, is equipped with a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a washing machine. A clothes rack is available for your laundry.<br>Bed linens and towels are, of course, provided.<br>A wide range of informational materials and travel guides are available for you in the apartment. In addition to two TVs with satellite reception, free Wi-Fi, a radio, and a selection of board games, you’ll also find a variety of light reading material.<br>All rooms have underfloor heating and are equipped with electric roller shutters.<br>A free parking space in front of the house rounds out the amenities.<br>We embrace hospitality and want you to feel at home with us from the very first moment. Since we live in the same house, we’re always available to address your concerns and answer your questions.
