The distant highway cannot be heard with the windows open; only the murmur of the Isar River creates a relaxing atmosphere. The town centre, train station, and many hiking trails are within walking distance.

Please pay the visitor’s tax cashless before (!) arrival; the landlord will remit it to the municipality.
We remit the visitor’s tax to the Markt Mittenwald visitor’s tax office.

Please note that the visitor’s tax must be received by the day of arrival.

The accommodation is equipped with state-of-the-art smart home technology. This means that the property contains, for example, various sensors for controlling different devices (smoke detectors, water leak detectors, heating, alarm system, washing machine, TV, door lock, Wi-Fi, etc.). These devices may send an alert to the landlord via the Internet if any irregularities occur. Ultimately, they serve exclusively to ensure the comfort and safety of the guests. Additionally, various household appliances are now connected online and report their status. The apartment has free Wi-Fi that cannot be disabled.
