Lovely apartment

Spacious, well equipped comfortable and clean apartment. Well located for Karwendelbahn and station, with great view of the mountains. About 15 min easy walk into town. We stayed for a week without a car and then was plenty to do by walking, bus etc.

Eine "Ferienwohnung" in einem Mehrparteienhaus.Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und mit modernen Metall- und glattwandigen Funiermöbeln ausgestattet. Wir haben leider nicht so richtig darauf geachtet, und fanden sie sehr hallig und hellhörig. Die nicht vorhandenen Vorhänge haben ihr übriges dazugetan.Es mag sein, dass sie, wie in der Beschreibung gerade modernisiert wurde, aber dabei wurde das Badezimmer definitiv vergessen.18 ausgebesserte Bohrlöcher in und zwischen den, teilweise geplatzten, Fliesen zeigen dies ganz deutlich. Auch das Fliesenmuster ist doch eher den 80er Jahren zuzuordnen als das es als modern gilt. Ein Duschvorhang ist prinzipiell in Ordnung, leider war dieser bereits etwas älter. Es fehlten 1 oder 2 Ösen zum einhängen in die Haken und am unteren Ende waren bereits deutliche Stockflecken. Auch Haare vom Vormieter im Bad. Sowie Reste in den leeren Müllbehältern (Kerne und Interdentalbürsten) sind nicht wirklich einladend.Das Einchecken erfolgt über eine Mitbewohnerin, die die Wohnung aufgeschlossen hat den Schlüssel übergab und uns mitteilte, dass wir ihn nach der Abreise einfach in ihren Briefkasten werfen können.Die modernen Geräte zum Steuern der Wohnung mögen für den Vermieter praktisch sein, optisch wirken sie wie Fremdkörper mit den "Aufputz" verlegten Kabelkanälen und gut steuern lies sich die Wohnung für uns als Mieter nicht. Im Schlafzimmer ist es ganz nett, wenn es etwas kühler ist, im Wohnzimmer sind bei Herbstbeginn19 Grad etwas wenig

Sehr gut ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung mit schönem Blick. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar und Wanderwege ganz in der Nähe. Ein wirklich schöner Ort für Naturliebhaber*innen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, auch wenn wir leider nicht viel Zeit hatten, alles zu genießen, da wir geschäftlich hier waren. Die Vermietung ist als unkompliziert und kompetent und zu beschreiben. Wir werden in jedem Fall wieder hier nachfragen, wenn eine erneute Unterkunft gebraucht wird.

Empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöne, neu eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr sauber. Küche Top! Alles was das Herz begehrt. 15 Min zu Fuß bis Fußgängerzone. Unmittelbare Nähe zur Karwendelbahn und Isarradweg. Ruhige Lage. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Gerne wieder. Wir würden jedoch empfehlen, ein Bild des Hauses, in der sich die Wohnung befindet mit in der Bildergalerie einzufügen, da die Wohnung in einem 6er Wohnblock in einer Wohnblocksiedlung (mehrere 6er Wohnblöcke) liegt. Schade ist auch, dass der nächste Bäcker 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt ist. Da wäre ein Fahrrad, das zur Wohnung gehört, wünschenswert.

Fußläufige Lage zum Zentrum

Es war alles wie im Inserat beschrieben und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht im Zentrum, aber in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß da.

Sehr schöne saubere Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einer tollen sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Sehr viel Möglichkeiten um unsere Kleidung und co unterzubringen. Schön wäre noch ein Schränkchen im Badezimmer gewesen aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Es wäre gut gewesen vor Anreise zur wissen dass die Kaffeemaschine eine Nespresso Maschine ist. Vielen Dank für die tollen Urlaub😍
