Hier sind drei super positive Optionen: --- Option 1 (herzlich & persönlich): Thank you so much for this wonderful review! 😊 It makes me truly happy that you felt so at home in the apartment. I'm glad you enjoyed the space – yes, it's nice to have room to breathe, isn't it? And Valencia's markets are just a dream for cooking lovers. But I totally understand that the amazing restaurants here are hard to resist too! You are always welcome back – it would be a pleasure to host you again. ¡Hasta pronto!

Super! It was a wonderful experience to have you as a guest! Best regards...also from Maria!

Maria and I were very pleased with your great review and we look forward to welcoming you back to Valencia soon. ¡Saludos desde Valencia!

Ruth and Maximo, What an absolute pleasure hosting you in my Valencia flat! Your passion for tango, your infectious energy, and our delightful WhatsApp exchanges made your stay truly unforgettable. You didn’t just stay here—you turned the place into a home with your warmth and respect. I’m so thrilled we’ll reunite in Berlin this July—the tango scene there won’t know what’s hit them! Valencia (and I!) will be eagerly awaiting your return. Thank you for your kindness, your brilliant company, and for feeling more like friends than guests. ¡Hasta pronto!

¡Hpla Alina! Great that you enjoyed Valencia and my apartment so much. I hope the sun continues to warm your hearts. Best wishes from Maria!

Thank you so much for your lovely review! 😊 I'm really happy to hear that you found everything clean and that the kitchen and laundry worked well for you. And thank you for your kind words – it was my pleasure to bring you the fans. September in Valencia can indeed be a little surprising! I'm glad it made your stay more comfortable. You were wonderful guests, and I truly appreciate your recommendation. You're always welcome back – warm regards from Jorg and Valencia! 🧡

¡Hola Mèlaine! I and Maria are delighted that you enjoyed your stay in my flat so much. Thank you very much!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Artur was an outstanding guest!** Artur rented my flat in Valencia for a month, and I couldn’t have asked for a better guest. He was friendly, respectful, and extremely considerate throughout his stay. Communication with him was always straightforward, prompt, and very pleasant. Artur left the flat in immaculate condition – everything was clean and tidy, as if no one had stayed there at all. He treated the property with great care and adhered to all agreements without any issues. It was an absolute pleasure hosting Artur, and I would welcome him back anytime. Anyone fortunate enough to have him as a guest is in for a treat! Thank you so much, Artur, and you’re always welcome here again! Maria & Jörg

Wow! I'm really pleased that you and Rod enjoyed your time in my flat so much. It was great to have a few things done by my rocket specialist. : ) Many thanks...and best wishes from Maria...and see you next time! Jörg

¡Hola Christine! We’re absolutely thrilled to hear you enjoyed your month-long stay in our flat! It brings us so much joy to know that the **fully equipped kitchen**, laundry setup, and speedy Wi-Fi made your stay comfortable and convenient. Thank you for being such wonderful guests, and for taking the time to share your feedback. You’re always welcome back—maybe in spring or autumn next time? 😊 ¡Saludos desde Valencia! María & Jörg

Maria and I were very pleased with your great review...and we look forward to your stay next year. Jörg

Thank you very much for the great review. I'm glad you and your husband enjoyed your stay in my flat. Unfortunately, there is usually no central heating in Valencia. I had the power set to maximum so that it would be comfortable even in the two cold months of January and February. You were very nice guests!

Javier was a perfect guest. Polite communication and a respectful attitude toward the apartment—what more could you ask for? Thank you so much for your visit and for extending your stay... and perhaps we’ll see you again next time!

¡Saludos! Jörg

Thank you for this great and detailed review! 😊 I'm so glad you enjoyed the spacious apartment, the comfortable mattresses, the kitchen, and the fast WiFi – perfect for remote working. I sincerely apologise that not all services were available – I've since updated the setup so future guests will have full access. It means a lot that you would rent the apartment again. You were wonderful guests, and I'd love to welcome you back anytime. Warm regards from Valencia! 🧡 Jörg und Mihaela

Maria and I are delighted that you enjoyed it so much. Thank you very much for the great review. You were perfect guests in this wonderful city! J🐼rg

Thank you Menchu! Thank you for your great review. ...y saludos de Maria! With kind regards from Valencia Jörg

For the first time I had such a disastrous experience with a guest. He was never available and arrived three hours late. The dirty dishes were in the kitchen, the rubbish was in the way, there was smoking even though it is forbidden. The lock had to be changed because the keys were not returned. The misconduct was reported to Expedia.
