Very nice and large house with private pool, on the shore of the beautiful Etang de Thau and only 5 km from the beaches of the Mediterranean. Balaruc is the only spa town on the Mediterranean coast, 29 km from Montpellier, 7 km from Sète and 48 km from Béziers. For children there is a swing, a playhouse for toddlers, table soccer, darts, table tennis. The pool can be heated on request and for a fee. The surrounding area offers some activities: catamaran, paddle, kayak, windsurfing. Places to visit in the area: Bouzigues, Mèze, Marseillan, Agde, Frontignan, Gardiole Massif, St. Guilhem-le-Désert.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2024; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20.00 per person. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Outdoor private pool on site is open April - end October.
