Schwarze Vacation Apartment

Dear future guests,

We are renting out our renovated, quietly located holiday apartment in a small town (Langenhagen) near the picturesque town of Duderstadt (about 7 km away).

The holiday rental is located on the ground floor of our house and has a separate entrance. With approximately 95 m², it offers plenty of space for 2 to 4 people.
It features a large bedroom with two single beds (100x200 cm), which can be pushed together to form a large double bed or kept separate, as well as a closet where you can store your clothes. It’s no problem to set up a (personal) baby cot.
The spacious living room features a sofa that folds out into a sleeper sofa (140x200 cm), providing sleeping space for up to two additional people, as well as a TV and a dining table for 4 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, sink, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, etc.) so you can prepare a delicious breakfast or a hot meal. With the dishwasher, there’s no need for tedious dishwashing, and you can use the time to enjoy your holiday. There is also another small breakfast table in the kitchen.
The bathroom features a toilet, shower, and a large mirrored cabinet. A hair dryer is also provided. Towels and bed linens are included in the price.
Two hallways (in the entryway and between the kitchen and bathroom) offer enough space to store jackets, shoes, and whatever else you might need on holiday.
In front of the apartment entrance, in the courtyard of our house, there is also an outdoor seating area with a table and two chairs (a garden bench for two additional people is available if needed).
Parking is available directly across the street in the public car park (free of charge). Of course, you’re welcome to pull into the courtyard briefly to load and unload your belongings. If you’re bringing bicycles, you can store them safely and out of the rain in our garage.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but is, of course, permitted outside.
