The 1 1/2 room studio with an area of 38 m2 was newly renovated in 2020 and has a separate entrance, a living room and bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with shower/WC. From the seating area you can enjoy a fantastic view of Lake Constance. Early risers are greeted with a magnificent sunrise. The location is ideal for short or long walks through fields and woods. There is also a Vita Parcours nearby. Countless cycling and hiking trails lead right past the house. Water sports enthusiasts are also well catered for. From swimming to sailing, there is everything your heart desires. But if you fancy a stroll or a spot of shopping, the nearby towns of Kreuzlingen and Constance are ideal. Or a little further afield, the city of St.Gallen.
The studio is equipped for two people and has plenty of space. Deckchairs and seating invite you to relax. A pretty garden shed and a barbecue area are available for shared use of the garden. Parking spaces for cars and bicycles are available. Shopping and many excursion possibilities are in the immediate vicinity. Bus, train, shopping facilities and an excellent pizzeria can be reached within 1.0 to 1.5 km.
