Luxury penthouse suite in a prime location in the tower of the popular Parque Santiago 1 complex, spread over two floors. The apartment has been completely redesigned to a very high standard and is now luxurious, with 3 bedrooms (each with 1 television and 1 air conditioner), 2 bathrooms, 1 living room with a fully equipped American kitchen, fast internet on both levels and a huge terrace with one of the most beautiful views in the south of the island. Heated communal pool in the complex.

Please note: We would like to inform our guests that the lift is currently being renovated to make your future stay even more comfortable. During the modernisation, which is expected to last until mid-November, the lift will be temporarily unavailable.

This place is fantastic! Great complex, great location, you want for nothing when staying here, spotlessly clean, and check in with management in the resort was stop on. Plus the views are spectacular.

Fabulous Apartment

Had a great stay in fabulous apartment. Was just as in pictures. Very clean everything you need was provided including bottles of water on arrival. Natalie met us on arrival and checked us was very friendly and helpful. Views from balcony are stunning and apartment very central for restaurants and bars. Already planning return trip

Fabulous holiday, perfect location close to everything you will need. Views from the apartment are stunning. Pool area great with plenty of sunbeds and really nice and friendly pool bar.There is a charge for sunbeds but we think this helps stop the sunbed rush which is good.Just be aware at the moment the lift is out of action so being on the 4th floor is quite a trek, fine for must people but not if you have limited mobility.We would definitely return. One helpful tip would be a visitor information book to help with using things and also to include the bin store code as we had to eventually work this out!A wonderful family holiday making precious memories.

Our time here was great. The apartment is situated in a fab location - walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets etc. The view from the balcony is amazing, especially at sun set. I chose the apartment as it had more than one bedroom, travelling with a teen they need their own space - bonus they also had a separate bathroom! It was spacious. The location of this apartment was another reason we chose it. It was fully equipped with towels, kitchen utensils etc., safety deposit box and my favourite, a washing machine! The pool area is very well kept, the downside is that you have to pay for beds however, you were always guaranteed to get one whatever time of day. The pool bar was good, only ate there once but enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend staying here.
