Schöne Unterkunft mit kleineren Abzügen
Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind in der Wohnung. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur und dem Objektservice hat super geklappt und der Check-In war auch nach 18 Uhr möglich.
Leider fehlte anders als angegeben der zweite Schlüssel, es war das WLan Passwort nicht auffindbar und wir hatten die Kurkarten nicht zugesendet bekommen. Diese Punkte waren sehr ärgerlich, und man musste mit der Verwaltung am Samstag mehrere Telefonate führen. Dies hat aber gut geklappt und uns wurde wenigstens für die Kurkarten und beim WLan geholfen.
In der Unterkunft war das kleine Bad leider nicht mehr ganz so schön, die Dusche roch und an der Duschwand waren etwas Schimmelstellen.
Ansonsten war die Wohnung sehr schön und entsprach unseren Erwartungen.
