Please use entrance for the rv/trailer. You are staying the country so please keep that in mind. There could be other animals around. Owner is not liable for anything that happens during your stay.
The shower has a water heater on the wall in the bathroom. Please make sure that is on. Please turn off lights, stove, bbq, heater or ac when you are not in the rv.
When using the oven or stove open windows and have fan going this is used off the propane. We try to make sure the propane is always filled if it isn’t let us know and we will refill.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
