Hi, I'm KC your Host, I grew up in this house, and appreciate sharing it with you, and your family. My parents built this home in the 1950’s. Since 2015 it has been my pleasure to host hundreds of guests. I enjoy meeting and welcoming everyone. You will enjoy the comfort and nostalgia of grandma’s house. Complete with board games, RoKu TV, DVD’s, playing cards….

There is plenty of room in this large fully equipped eat in kitchen with family sized table.

Be sure to check out the Royals room showcasing decades of Royals memorabilia.
The half acre fenced in yard, with additional acreage is great for exercise or viewing the occasional wildlife.
A pair of FOLF goals (bring your disks) for your use.
Secure, gated driveway for 2 vehicles. Please make arrangements with host if you have more than 2 or your vehicles are oversized, trailers, etc.

Host meets all Guests their first stay for a brief tour of the house.
This is a pet friendly home. Two well trained, vaccinated, house broken pets are welcome to stay. All pets must be kenneled any time Guests are not in attendance. Please clean up after your pets. Fees apply for additional pets ($20), cleaning ($50 per area), and all damages incurred.

Downstairs, is an additional short term rental, basement apartment. If you need additional space, please inquire on the Aloha Rooms.
This apartment has a separate entrance, through the garage. Completely private. There may be guests present during your stay, (especially during games or events at the stadiums). Please be courteous.
Ample driveway is shared.
Quiet Hours 11p -7a. When both levels of house are occupied. (If guests request)

Local Guests are asked to contact host. Local Guests only with extenuating circumstances.
3 night minimum.

No parties, gatherings, events allowed, per KCMO STR Ordinance.
No Smoking inside the house. There are areas outdoors for your convenience.
Registered Guests only. Please discuss with Host if you are planning on entertaining. Visitors should be gone before quiet hours, or will be considered additional guests. Additional guest fee applies.
Please no third party bookings. If you are booking for your spouse, please have both listed on the reservation. ID will be required of guests.

Due to trafficking awareness and cooperation with local authorities, law enforcement and my insurance provider, ID is required at time of booking. This is for the safety of everyone. Your understanding and cooperation is appreciated.
