This property was an absolute gem, perfect for our stay. Immaculately clean and felt brand new throughout, with every detail thoughtfully considered and fully equipped with everything we needed “and more”.We especially enjoyed the private back patio, and the location was ideal and walking distance to great bars, restaurants, and shopping.The host was exceptional, responsive and attentive, truly committed to making our stay seamless. We will definitely stay here again ..

Great location for us! 10 minute drive to the river walk and 5 minutes to some of our favorites: End of Days Distillery, Cheese Smith, and Ibis Coffee & Cocktails. The neighborhood was pretty quiet. We only saw one neighbor, and he was friendly. The house itself was clean and seemed newly updated. Would stay here again!

This was the perfect place for our stay in Wilmington! We loved the walkable historic neighborhood, convenient to restaurants and shopping. The place was adorable and tucked away down a small side street, so parking was easy. It had everything we needed to for a comfortable stay and was a short driving distance to UNCW and area beaches.
