Pelican Bay View is a newly built 1,900 sq ft beach house completed in 2025, designed for relaxing coastal stays with incredible views. From the decks you can watch the sunrise over the water, see the moonrise in the evening, and end the day with beautiful sunsets. With water access just 200 feet away and Kingfisher Beach only two blocks from the home, it’s the perfect spot for kayaking, fishing, beach days, and peaceful evenings by the coast. Plenty of room to entertain in the large kitchen/dining/living room area. You will love it!
