Much attention was paid to the construction of the swimming pool, where a hydromassage ( about 11 people) and a children's pool carved into the stone were created. Resort "Podere la Querciola", 2 storeys, renovated in 2021, surrounded by meadows and fields. In the district of Casino di Terra 11 km from the centre of Guardistallo, 14 km from the centre of Cecina, in a secluded, quiet position, 16 km from the sea.
