Für die Lage einen Punkt weniger, weil der Weitblick auf die Schlei vom Wohnzimmer und der Terasse aus, wegen des Maisfeldes dirket vor dem Grundstück, leider nicht gegeben war. Das war nur von oben aus der oberen Etage möglich.

- das Sortiment an Trinkgläsern könnte ergänzt werden (Weißwein-, Bier- und Sektgläser für kleines Geld)
- über der Spüle liege ungenutzt ein Stromkabel. Dort eine Lampe anschließen, würde den Komfort erheblich steigern
- den Schirm auf der Terrasse sollte man etwas vom Haus wegrücken (schlägt nämlich immer an Wand bzw. Fenster und hat schon erste Schadstellen)
