Other Things to Note:

We appreciate every last guest that comes and stays with us. We want every guest to have a wonderful stay and so we want to point out three things that every guest should be aware of.



First, this unit is on the fourth floor. The steps are small half flights but still could pose an issue for certain guests.



Second, there is an awesome historic bar attached to this building on the corner. Dirty Franks Bar where Frank Sinatra used to visit frequently. This bar can be noisy at times and can pose an issue for noise sensitive guest.



Third, this building is located in center city Philadelphia area. As stated, this is also a historic building and so outside noise could be an issue with noise sensitive guest.
