Here, you can sit back and devote yourself entirely to your vacation book or simply enjoy the beautiful sea view. An external staircase leads to your private roof terrace. The roof terrace measures approximately 36 m² and offers far-reaching panoramic views of the sea. A wooden table with six chairs, a parasol, and a large, portable metal grill invite you to relax and enjoy. Outside, there is a garden with a table and chairs, which you share with the residents on the lower floor. You can park your car directly in front of the house.

The beach is approximately 800 m away, and about 400 m from the apartment there is a shop where you can buy everything you need for your daily needs. Boats can be rented on the beach, and various water sports are also available, including diving, sailing, surfing, water skiing, canoeing, and rowing. A sports center with tennis courts is approximately 1 km away. You can also rent bicycles and mountain bikes to explore the area on one of the beautiful cycling trails. Horseback riding, paragliding, and fishing are available in the area. The historic city of Zadar is 4 km away and is a lively coastal town with many beautiful beaches, medieval sights, and numerous entertainment and leisure options. The airport is approximately 18 km away.
