Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Holmsjö, in an elevated position, 50 m from the lake, direct access to the beach. For shared use: natural state property 5'000 m2. Bathing jetty bathing place, fish-processing table. Private: natural state property 1'500 m2, meadow. In the complex: sauna (extra). Rowing boat, parking (for 3 cars). Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 2 km, café 2 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Husgölsstacken" 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, cycle lane 7 km, cross country ski track 7 km, fishing possibilities 50 m. Nearby attractions: Räntemåla gård 23 km, Karlskrona 33 km, Boda glasbruk 47 km, Kalmar slott 70 km, Barnens Gård 35 km, Eriksberg Safaripark 63 km. Hiking paths: Alljungen 7 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Skogstorp", 4-room house 75 m2 on 2 levels. Modern and cosy furnishings: open living/dining room with sliding door, panoramic window with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and DVD. Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the veranda. Shower/WC. Floor heating. Upper floor: (steep stair) with sloping ceilings, 1 room with 1 double bed. Small living room with sloping ceilings with satellite TV. Parquet floors. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. View of the lake. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Super tolles Ferienhaus, mit allem nötigem ausgestattet, in perfekter Lage direkt am See. Netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern, Sauna-benutzung für alle Gäste möglich mit tollen Blick auf den See. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe, Ausflugsziele etwas entfernt. Wer Natur und Ruhe mag, ist da genau richtig. richtigrichtig!Empfehlung von uns.

Schönes Haus, schöne Gegend

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus in schöner Lage. Es gibt mehrere Seen in der Nähe, die man ebenfalls mit einem Ruderboot erkundigen kann. Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hinweis für Angler: es sind keine Benzin-Motoren erlaubt, nur Elektro. Sonst ist alles top.

Haus in ruhiger, malerischer Umgebung

Wir hatten eine schöne Urlaubswoche in diesem Haus. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Der See ist traumhaft, mit vielen Seerosen und nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Angeln konnte man da ( mit Angelkarte von den Besitzern, 150SEK) z.B Barsch und Hecht. Ein Ruderboot ist inklusive. Rundherum ist Natur pur, wir haben Tiere beobachten können direkt von der Terrasse aus… Hasen, Spechte, Schlangen und Hirschkäfer.

Paradiesische Ruhe

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage! Wir waren 2 Wochen in Skogstorp Gård und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub mit Freunden oder Familie braucht. Die Fotos zeigen das Haus sehr genau. Aber mittlerweile sind Büsche und Bäume blickdicht hoch genug gewachsen. Wäscheklammern mitnehmen! Die Vermieter Anne und Börje (sprechen Englisch) sind sehr nett und schaffen sofort Abhilfe falls es irgendein Problem gibt! Der See ist wunderschön und man kann toll rudern, angeln, SUP fahren oder ähnliches. Selbst wandern ist auf dem riesigen Grundstück für Stunden möglich! In ca. 2 Minuten Autofahrt gibt es im Ort einen Supermarkt in dem man alles bekommt was man braucht! Und die Preise sind nicht extrem teuer. Größere Supermärkte gibt es in Rödeby oder Karlskrona (25 km). Leider gibt es keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Aber das ist in Schweden wohl auch nicht üblich. Es gibt aber in einem Schlafzimmer einen Haken in der Decke um ein Mückennetz aufzuhängen. Wir hatten aber keine Probleme mit Mücken. In der Nähe des Hauses weiden Pferde und Schafe. Kinder-Gitterbett und Hochstuhl sind auch vorhanden. Die Sauna ist ein Traum direkt am See mit Mega-Ausblick!! Kaution kann auch in Euro hinterlegt werden. Endreinigungskosten (bei Bedarf) und Strom aber nur in Kronen. Wir können Skogstorp Gård nur empfehlen!!!!

Fijne royale woning met uitzicht op meertje. Rustig gelegen. Uitrusting mocht completer (strijkplank/-bout, wasknijpers, parasol, vliegengordijn/horren etc.). Eigenaren wonen wat verderop om borgsom (mag in euro's) te betalen etc. Was niet aangegeven. Ook eindschoonmaak (in SEK) bij aankomst al betalen!
