Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Holmsjö, in an elevated position, 50 m from the lake, direct access to the beach. For shared use: natural state property 5'000 m2. Bathing jetty bathing place, fish-processing table. Private: natural state property 1'500 m2, meadow. In the complex: sauna (extra). Rowing boat, parking (for 3 cars). Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 2 km, café 2 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Husgölsstacken" 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, cycle lane 7 km, cross country ski track 7 km, fishing possibilities 50 m.
